Sunday | 4-5.30PM -Enjoying a rich and tasty cup of ceremonial cacao, we open our heart space, connecting to her spirit. Setting intentions for our journey with her medicine. This is followed by our warm ancient clay mud bath where we use a homemade blend of ethically, hand-sourced virgin clays and herbs from across Europe. Mudded up, we awaken our inner child with dancing, stomping and chanting whilst covered in those super healing minerals. Using a mix of breath, movement and visualisation technique to bring up what no longer serves us with assistance from the detoxifying clay. If you have a mug please bring so we can reduce environmental impact as much as possible.
