1. Festival Size & Programme
- We are capping tickets at 3,000 for 2027. “We currently plan to offer full five-day festival tickets only, helping us maintain the sense of community and shared journey that makes Soul Revolution special
- Programme – The full daily programme goes live around 1 month before the festival with the full breakdown for each stage hour by hour
2. Address & Timings
New Venue for 2027: Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, LE17 6DH.
New Festival Dates: Thursday 17 – Monday 21 June 2027 (Summer Solstice Weekend).
Festival Entrance: Please use LE17 6DH to locate Stanford Hall. The exact festival entrance, vehicle access and arrival instructions will be shared with ticket holders closer to the event.
Arrival: Thursday 17 June 12pm. Gate opening times will be confirmed closer to the festival.
Departure: All attendees must leave the festival site by 2pm on Monday 21 June.
Closing Ceremony: Our closing ceremony will take place on Monday (21st June) morning at 10am until 12pm. This is a vital part of integrating the festival experience, so we encourage everyone to stay for it where possible.
3. Coming by Train & Accommodation

Nearest Train Station: Rugby is the closest railway station to Stanford Hall, approximately 15 minutes away by car or taxi. There are direct train services from London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Shuttle Bus Service: We are exploring shuttle bus options between Rugby Station and the festival. Further information, including timings and booking details, will be announced once confirmed.

Accommodation: If you’d prefer a local hotel or Airbnb rather than camping at the festival, we recommend searching around Rugby, Lutterworth and the surrounding villages. Use postcode LE17 6DH to check the distance from Stanford Hall. We don’t currently recommend specific hotels.
4. Accessibility
- If you have a disability, please email us hello@soulrevolutionfestival.com with details of your accessibility needs. We offer a 15% discount for eligible attendees and a free ticket for an accompanying carer, subject to our accessibility policy.
- There will be accessibility toilets, showers, and an accessibility area of the campsite near these facilities
- Wheelchair charging facilities will be available, subject to confirmation of the new site’s electrical arrangements.
- Stanford Hall is a natural outdoor setting, with a mixture of fields, woodland and pathways. Some areas may have uneven ground, so please contact us if you have specific mobility requirements.
- We will have an accessibility lead on site to help support attendees with additional needs.
5. Financial Accessibility - Community Care Form
- We acknowledge that not everyone has the resources to pay the full cost of a ticket at the festival and that the economic conditions are difficult currently, especially considering the cost of living situation. We would hate to think that people will miss out for this reason! In light of this, we are offering a small number of tickets that are subsidised to make it more accessible for those with low income. See below to apply:
6. Facilities / Staff
- Sacred Self Sauna – Tickets are available on our ticket page (£50 weekend pass). This sanctuary is a little slice of heaven within the festival, a safe place to let your nervous system relax, sweat out anything that no longer serves you, and be held in the ambient sauna garden! Please bring: towels ( 1 to sit on and one to dry yourself with), a water bottle, money & a mug if you’d like a cuppa.
- Toilets and showers will be available on site throughout the festival.
- There will be security and medical teams on site 24/7 to help keep everyone safe.
- We will also have a welfare tent managed by PsyCare, offering support whenever you need some extra care.
- Our team of managers and volunteers will be on hand throughout the festival. Look out for people in high-vis jackets if you need assistance.
- Live-in vehicle camping will be separate from general camping and parking. If you wish to sleep in your vehicle, please purchase the appropriate Campervan / Live-In Vehicle ticket.
- A site map and full programme will be shared closer to the festival, showing the layout of our beautiful new home at Stanford Hall.
- Multiple drinking-water points will be available. Please bring a reusable water bottle.
- Please bring a yoga mat for workshops and practices.
- We recommend bringing a fold-up chair if you find standing for long periods difficult.
7. Camping / Glamping Options
- 🏕 Boutique Glamping: We’ve teamed up with Posh Bells again to offer beautiful, pre-pitched bell tents at our new home, Stanford Hall, for 17–21 June 2027. Click here to book yours.
- ⛺ Solo & Budget Pre-Pitched Camping: We’ve partnered with Camplight to offer convenient, pre-pitched tents, helping you travel lighter and reduce festival waste. Booking information for 2027 will be available soon.
- 🌿 General Camping: Bring your own tent and enjoy five days surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Stanford Hall.
- 🚐 Campervans & Live-In Vehicles: A separate area will be available for campervans and live-in vehicles. Please purchase the relevant vehicle pass when booking your festival ticket.
8. Workshops
- Soul Revolution has 12 music and facilitation stages over the weekend, these areas are: the Soul Revolution (Main music stage) Soul Temple (Ceremonial space), Ignite (DJ Tent), The Soap Box (Talks Tent), Children Of The Revolution (Children’s Tent), Liberation Station, Connection (Workshop areas) Resonance (Sound / frequency), Fireside Horizons (Fireside music stage), The Rose Temple (Esoteric / feminine exploration), The Way Of Play (Inner Child) & Primal Gathering (Nature connection).
- The only area where you will have to pay for activities is the Soul Temple. This is a stunning structure where we will host specialised events such as cacao ceremonies, sweat lodges and Hapé ceremonies hosted by the Yawanawa. You can book tickets for these events in advance once the lineup is complete and the webpage is live. Please be aware there are limited spaces for each activity.
- Other than the Soul Temple, you don’t need to book any workshops or talks. Simply turn up at least 5 minutes before they start. Some workshops may get full. If there is an activity you really don’t want to miss, we recommend turning up early to avoid disappointment. We run on a first-come, first-serve basis
9. Food & Drink, Traders & Healing Village
There will be organic, vegan food available all weekend to purchase as well as cacao, smoothies, hot drinks, sweet treats and more.
- We also offer organic meat and aim to only allow wild-caught meat on site
- Soul Rev will be hosting around 25 healers in our healing village, including cold water therapy, reiki, massage, and shamanic treatments. Please book at the early stages of the day to avoid disappointment
- There will also be 30 + traders selling items such as clothing, jewellery, art work, wellness products and much more
- We advise that people bring cash AND card to make payments. This is in case the internet goes down making card payments unavailable or if vendors run out of change which makes cash not possible. Having both is the safest option
10. Welfare by PysCare
Whether it’s your first festival or your fiftieth, we know that sometimes you just need a moment to reset, recharge, or reach out. That’s where PsyCare UK come in. Their welfare service is a safe, supportive space for anyone who needs a little extra care during the event. Offering a friendly face, a listening ear, and a calm environment when things feel overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling unwell, emotionally drained, lost your friends, or just need somewhere to sit and catch your breath, the PsyCare UK team is on hand – no judgment, no pressure.
You’ll find them in a quiet, comfortable space away from the crowds, where you can go to rest, rehydrate, talk to someone, or simply take a break. They work closely with medical teams and event staff to make sure you get any extra help you might need.

11. Important Rules
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- You must keep your wristband on throughout the festival. If it breaks, please bring it to the production office for a replacement.
- Soul Revolution is an alcohol and substance-free festival. No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on site.
- Dogs are not permitted except approved assistance dogs. Please contact us in advance if you require an assistance dog.
- No fires or naked flames are permitted except festival-organised fires supervised by designated firekeepers.
- Nudity is not permitted except within designated sauna areas, where permitted. Please respect the family-friendly nature of our gathering.
- Noise & Music: Amplified music will finish in accordance with our festival licence and agreed curfew. Late-night acoustic music and fireside gatherings may only take place in designated areas and during permitted times. Please immediately respect any instructions from our team to reduce or stop noise.
- Please keep noise to a minimum in camping areas after 11pm, respecting families and those who wish to sleep.
- Ear defenders are recommended for young children and anyone sensitive to loud music.
- Protecting the Land: Human waste must NEVER be left in woodland, fields or anywhere outside the designated toilets. It can contaminate soil and water and harm wildlife. Anyone found deliberately breaching this rule may be removed from the festival and banned from future events.
- Wild Swimming: Swimming is only permitted in officially designated areas and during approved swimming times, subject to the instructions of our water-safety team. Swimming in restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
- Please use the bins provided, take all belongings home and leave no trace. We want to leave Stanford Hall even more beautiful than we found it.
- Respect fellow attendees, staff, volunteers and the landowners. Abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
12. Top Tips
- Earplugs! We highly recommend bringing earplugs in case there is music playing or people talking when you’re trying to sleep. This is a wonderful way to negate the issue and get a good night’s rest
- Ear defenders are recommended for small children, people with autism and sensitive people generally. The music can get quite loud on the main stage and in the Ignite stage
- Ensure you bring clothing for all weathers as the British weather is incredibly unpredictable. Lots of layers for nighttime, as it sometimes drops more than people expect
- Ensure you bring sun cream. You will potentially spend long hours exposed to the sun
13. Safeguarding Policy – Right To Exclude

14. Safeguarding Policy – Our Duty
We exist to hold space for healing, not to enable harm. In every decision, our focus is on:

By entering the event or engaging with the Soul Revolution community, you agree to abide by these principles and accept that your access or participation may be revoked at any time in accordance with our safeguarding and safety procedures.
15. Terms & Conditions
15.1. Your Ticket
Your ticket provides admission to Soul Revolution Festival 2027, taking place 17–21 June 2027 at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, LE17 6DH, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Tickets are sold by Soul Revolution Festival Ltd (“Soul Revolution”, “we”, “us”).
Please check all ticket information carefully before completing your purchase.
15.2. Refunds and Change of Mind
Except where required by law or expressly provided for within these Terms, festival tickets are non-refundable.
We cannot normally provide refunds where you can no longer attend due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, work commitments, travel arrangements, financial circumstances or a change of mind.
Where permitted, tickets may instead be transferred to another person in accordance with our ticket-transfer process.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.
15.3. Changes to Festival Dates or Venue
Festivals are complex live events and circumstances may occasionally require Soul Revolution to change the advertised venue, dates, opening times or other aspects of the event.
Where a change is minor and does not materially alter the overall festival experience, tickets will remain valid and refunds will not ordinarily be offered.
Where Soul Revolution makes a material change to the advertised dates or venue, affected ticket holders will be informed and provided with the options available to them, including any refund rights required by applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is legally due, our liability will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid to Soul Revolution for the affected ticket, subject to any rights which cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for independently arranged travel, accommodation or other associated costs except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15.4. Soul Revolution Festival 2027 – Change of Dates & Venue
Soul Revolution Festival 2027 was originally advertised for 27–31 May 2027 at Weston Park, Shropshire.
Following our move to our beautiful new festival home, the event will now take place:
17–21 June 2027 (Summer Solstice Weekend)
Stanford Hall, Leicestershire, LE17 6DHAll existing 2027 festival tickets will automatically remain valid for the new dates and venue. Ticket holders do not need to take any action if they wish to attend.
We sincerely hope our community will join us for this exciting new chapter.
However, we recognise that the change of dates and venue may mean some existing ticket holders are unable to attend. Customers who purchased before these changes were announced will be provided with a clearly communicated process and reasonable opportunity to request a refund, in accordance with their applicable legal rights.
Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
15.5. Payment Plans
Where a ticket has been purchased through a payment plan, the purchaser is committing to payment of the full ticket price, subject to any applicable statutory rights and the terms of the relevant payment provider.
Missing or cancelling an instalment does not automatically cancel the ticket or create a right to reimbursement of payments already made.
Where a refund becomes due because Soul Revolution cancels or materially reschedules the festival, payments made towards the affected ticket will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law and the relevant payment provider’s procedures.
15.6. Cancellation
If Soul Revolution Festival is cancelled in its entirety and no replacement or rescheduled event is offered, ticket holders will be entitled to the remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Any refund will ordinarily relate to the ticket price paid to Soul Revolution. Booking fees, transaction fees and charges imposed by independent third parties will be dealt with according to the applicable provider’s terms and consumer law.
15.7. Programme Changes
The advertised programme, performers, facilitators, workshops, stages, activities and running times are subject to change.
Tickets are sold for Soul Revolution Festival as a whole and not for any individual artist, facilitator, workshop, stage or activity.
Changes to individual performers, facilitators, activities, schedules or programming will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund where the festival itself continues substantially as advertised.
15.8. Weather and Outdoor Conditions
Soul Revolution is an outdoor festival.
Programming, activities, site layouts and opening times may need to change because of weather, ground conditions, health and safety requirements or other operational circumstances.
Ticket holders should prepare appropriately for changing outdoor conditions.
15.9. Force Majeure
Events outside our reasonable control may affect the festival. These may include extreme weather, flooding, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, national emergencies, acts of terrorism, war, civil disturbance, failure of essential infrastructure or other circumstances which Soul Revolution could not reasonably prevent.
Where such circumstances arise, Soul Revolution may cancel, postpone, relocate or materially alter the event where reasonably necessary.
Any refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in this clause removes rights that consumers have by law.
15.10. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Where our ticketing system permits, tickets may be transferred to another person.
Tickets must not be resold commercially, for profit, or in circumstances that breach applicable ticketing legislation.
Where possible, we encourage customers who can no longer attend to transfer their ticket safely within the community rather than allowing it to go unused.
15.11. Behaviour and Right of Admission
Soul Revolution is committed to creating a safe, respectful and welcoming environment.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a person from the festival where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the wellbeing of others, including serious or repeated breaches of festival rules.
This may include threatening or abusive behaviour, violence, harassment, deliberate damage to the site, entering prohibited areas, swimming in unauthorised bodies of water, inappropriate disposal of human waste, possession or supply of prohibited substances, or refusing reasonable instructions from festival staff or security.
Removal for serious misconduct will not ordinarily result in a refund.
15.12. Protecting the Land
Soul Revolution exists because landowners trust us with their land.
Attendees must respect the natural environment and follow all environmental and site rules communicated before or during the festival.
Human waste must never be left in woodland, fields or anywhere outside designated toilet facilities. Human waste can contaminate land and water and cause harm to wildlife and other people.
Anyone deliberately breaching these requirements may be removed from the event and, in serious cases, refused entry to future Soul Revolution events.
15.13. Wild Swimming
Where officially designated wild-swimming areas are provided, attendees must follow all signage, opening times, capacity restrictions and instructions issued by Soul Revolution, lifeguards, safety personnel or the landowner.
Swimming outside designated areas or outside permitted times is prohibited.
Participation in swimming and other activities remains subject to reasonable safety requirements communicated at the event.
15.13. Wild Swimming
Wild swimming may be available at Stanford Hall within officially designated swimming areas.
Attendees must follow all signage, permitted swimming times, capacity restrictions and instructions issued by Soul Revolution, water-safety personnel or the landowner.
Swimming outside designated areas or permitted times is strictly prohibited.
Swimming arrangements may be restricted, suspended or cancelled where necessary for safety, weather conditions, water quality or other operational reasons.
All attendees must follow the safety information provided before entering the water.
15.15. Photography and Filming
Photography and filming take place throughout Soul Revolution Festival.
Images and footage may be used for legitimate festival documentation and promotional purposes. Where consent is legally required, appropriate consent processes will apply.
Anyone with specific concerns should contact the festival team.
15.16. Accessibility
We want Soul Revolution to be as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.
Customers with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance so that we can discuss reasonable adjustments and available facilities.
15.17. Statutory Rights
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If any provision within these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply
