Important information / Answers to FAQs

We’ve created a list of all of the important information you need to know for this year’s festival. Please feel free to email us at hello@soulrevolutionfestival.com if you feel that there is something missing.

Scale

  • It’s important to note that our production has scaled 5x compared to 2023. This includes a vast increase in live music acts, a DJ tent, a children’s activity area, a larger main stage & sound system, a 42 foot yurt, extra security and much larger team in general to ensure your weekend goes as smoothly and safely as possible

Timings

  • Weekend ticket holders can arrive from 9am on Friday 21st June
  • Everyone must be off-site by 1pm on Monday 24th June
  • For the day tickets, you can arrive from 8am on both Yang Saturday and Yin Sunday. You must be off-site by 11pm on both of these days
  • Please note, there are no day tickets available for the Friday

Accessibility

  • There will be accessibility toilets and an accessibility area of the campsite near these toilets
  • The land is flat in most places. The walk up to the DJ area and main stage is slightly uphill from the camp site
  • If you have a disability, please email us hello@soulrevolutionfestival.com with proof and we will provide you with a 25% discount code as well as a free ticket for your carer

Financial Accessibility

  • We acknowledge that not everyone has the resources to pay the full cost of a ticket at the festival and that the economic conditions are difficult currently, especially considering the cost of living situation. We would hate to think that people will miss out for this reason! In light of this, we are offering a small number of tickets that are subsidised to make it more accessible for those with low income. Our event wouldn’t be sustainable if we offered this to everyone so we’ve created this form to help us decide eligibility.

Click here to follow the link and fill out the form. We will get back to you within 7 days whether or not your successful. The deadline ends Friday 7th June.

Facilities / Staff

  •  Soulful Glamping: Connect deeply amidst nature’s embrace. Reserve your boutique glamping space now!
  • Toilets and showers are available on-site 24/7
  • There will be a security and medical team on site 24/7 to ensure the site is as safe as possible
  • We have a team of 5 managers and around 100 volunteers to ensure your weekend is held as smoothly and safely as possible. Look out for people in red management clothing or yellow high-vis jackets if you need our help. We also have a production office and welcome desk where you will be able to find us from 8am-11pm each day
  • The live-in vehicles camping area is separate to the general car park and the camping area. If you would like to sleep in your vehicle, you to purchase a £30 ‘Campervan / Live In Vehicle’ ticket on the ticket page of our website
  • You will be given a site map and full program a couple of weeks before the festival starts
  • We will have multiple water points on site, please bring a re-usable bottle with you
  • Please bring a yoga mat with you to the festival
  • We recommend bringing a fold up chair if you can’t stand up for long periods of time

Workshops

  • We have 8 areas of activity over the weekend, these areas are: the Soul Revolution Main Stage, Valley Of The Free Stage (DJ Tent), Voices Of The Revolution (Talks Tent), Children Of The Revolution (Children’s Tent), Soul Temple, Liberation Station, Soul Sanctum (Workshop areas) & The Nature Exploration Area (Outdoor workshop area)
  • The only area where you will have to pay for activities is the Soul Temple. This is a stunning 42-foot Mongolian yurt where we will host specialised events such as cacao ceremonies and Hapé ceremonies hosted by the Yawanawa. You can book tickets for these events on our website in advance or at the actual festival. Please be aware there are limited spaces for each activity. We will add a booking page a month or so before the festival so you can start to book these activities in
  • Other than the Soul Temple, you don’t need to book any workshops or talks. Simply turn up at least 5 minutes before they start. It’s unlikely, but some workshops may get full. If there is an activity you really don’t want to miss, we recommend turning up early to avoid disappointment. We run on a first-come, first-serve basis

Food & Drink, Traders & Healing Village

  • There will be organic, vegan food available all weekend to purchase as well as cacao, smoothies, hot drinks, sweet treats and more
  • All of the food as it stands will be vegan and vegetarian. If you require meat, please consider bringing your own. We were hoping to provide wild-caught meat but found it difficult to find a vendor that was available
  • Soul Rev will be hosting around 15 healers in our healing village including cold water therapy, reiki, massage, and shamanic treatments. Please book at the early stages of the day to avoid disappointment
  • There will also be 30 + traders in the Blissful Bazaar selling items such as clothing, jewellery, art work, wellness products and much more
  • We advise that people bring cash AND card to make payments. This is in case the internet goes down making card payments unavailable or if vendors run out of change which makes cash not possible. Having both is the safest option
